The policy

Fourteen days from your first purchase of any plan: full refund, no questions, no hoops. Email admin@materiallogix.com from your purchase email with the word "refund." Renewals: refundable within fourteen days of the renewal charge if the renewed term is substantially unused.

Pay-per-export and cloud wallet

An unused pay-per-export purchase or unused wallet balance may be eligible for refund on request, subject to applicable law and payment-processing limits. Amounts already consumed by a completed export or cloud job generally are not refundable unless the service was defective or the law requires otherwise. A refund, dispute, or chargeback reverses or holds the corresponding wallet credit; the wallet and cloud submissions stop at zero.

Included promotional video-processing credit is a non-cash plan benefit, not purchased wallet value. It is not separately refundable or transferable, expires at the paid-period boundary, and is removed when the corresponding plan payment is refunded or successfully charged back.

Automatic wallet top-up is optional and can be disabled immediately in the account area. Each top-up is a separate charge and receipt. Contact us promptly about an unintended top-up. Disabling the feature prevents future attempts but does not itself reverse a completed charge.

What happens after

A fully refunded plan purchase is deactivated. Everything you made remains yours - exports already rendered stay rendered.

Chargebacks

Please ask us first - we are usually faster than a bank investigation. A disputed plan payment may suspend access while it resolves. A disputed wallet payment places the related credit on hold or reverses it; a dispute decision in your favor restores only credit that has not already been consumed.
